while i am playing the game my gpu is always at %55-%65 usage and i get around 60 fps. But i have huge stuttering problem so it feels like 20 fps. i dont wanna use dlss or frame gen cuz its literally killing the graphics. My specs are RTX 4070 ti i5-14600kf and 32gb ram. I believe if i solve this low usage problem it'll solve everything . Right now im stuck with dlss balanced mode it fixes but like i said i shouldnt be getting these fps with this hardware. How do i fix it ?
