I'm wondering if you needed to do the weapons section as well but I've only found 2 knuckle dusters, 3 1 handed's, 3 1.5 handeds, 2 2 hands, and I've got all the ranged. I'm assuming if there is an open slot, something likely goes there

all the collectables below this are for the same mission so i haven't put what mission accept the first one id recommend spamming Q during this mission as there are loads of collectables

• asylum record - Kurt - cries trapped in the walls - very start after entering hospital after hopping desk and talk to man on the radio its on the right shelf
• fisher family documents - the story of Elanor fisher - after going in basement and going through second vent on the shelf behind a zombie its there (cant find another way of getting collectable aside from killing both zombies so do that and and die)
• mural - ST valentine apocalypse - after climbing elevator shaft after turning on power when reaching the top go straight into padded room mural is on dead guys hand
• Asylum record - (1) Helga (2) Hans - after finding previous collectable go down the hall to a room with a hospital bed in the middle hop that and the collectables will be in there on 2 tables (2 in same room)
• asylum record - otto - on the right next to the guys body you search to get key card practically impossible to miss
• asylum record - Ingrid - when finding medical storage door its opposite that door on a table
• Dr Tal recordings - 1 and 3 - when trying to find doctor on ground floor of be go through hallway and turn right at the on of hall on left hand side open door the 2 collectable will be in there
• (not collectable but id still grab it) in the room with the vent next to the ceiling there are 2 files one on desk and one behind the desk on a table files should be old woman and a child
  -(not collectable but still grab) after climbing through vent from previous item in the room with the doctor on the floor dead there's is a file of a man on the right of him
• asylum record -maria -after going into medical storage room its in there on a table
