Hey all, I paid for the upgrade on Steam and so far cannot see the soundtrack in my menu much less the wallpapers and maps in steam or the game. Where am I meant to find it?

If you own the game on Steam, you can find your Deluxe Edition Digital Content in the game’s installation folder:
Open Steam → Right-click the game → Properties → Installed Files → Browse Local Files
