i need help with optimizations for this game and also can someone help out i am running dltb on good fps but like i see like the pixels and it looks bad?

Try updating your GPU drivers as it looks like performance issue on your laptop, tweaking some options might also do the trick

Use FSR as your upscale method, then enable FSR frame generation (if that’s available in game, not sure myself I haven’t tried the game yet)

the interesting fact even the Radeon vii has huge problems like not even 30 fps on native full low settings in 1080p frame gen not even work and fsr only add 5-6 fps

Playing in 2k resolution will definitely look better visually, but at the same time it will be more taxing and you'll have even less fps.
You could try FSR as your card problem doesn't have DLSS and framegen etc.

I'm not saying he should but he mentioned that the game looked blurry/pixelated. So that's why I said that 2k will look better, but he's not going to be able to run that on that type of card.
