Ok, I have updated and restarted my ps5, it still shows that I can buy the beast, but it doesn’t show that I can get it for free. I’ve owned DL2 ultimate prior to reload for over a year. I should have the beast for free but I don’t know what to do now other than post to support., I’ve also emailed normal support like seven hours ago and haven’t got a peep.

Messaged support and got an email this morning just saying “you need all of what’s in this list to qualify” I had already clarified I had all of it aside from the one time use consumables because of course I would have already used those, I have literally everything else and even then they should be able to pull that up on their end as well. Messaged them back to make sure it was clear so we’ll see I guess..

I get there’s a lot of people probably trying to get support to help, it’s just sort of disheartening when they’ll answer you once and it not be anything helpful and not get back to you for a long time between.
