Deluxe upgrade not downloading on ps5

So I pre ordered dying light 2 ultimate edition and when I installed the beast I bought the deluxe upgrade now my playstation 5 doesn't register the download to access the content it just stays at 0% and never completes just cancels itself and even spamming the download button doesn't brute force it

Try playing the game and then claim bundle from product page

If that won't work we are working on a fix
