i have the same issue, ive just searched trough my EGS transaction history to confirm i indeed bought the ultimate edition on EGS

confirmed that ive bought DL2 Ultimate on Feb 4 2022, but The Beast does not show up and it only shows i can buy a new copy

Ok so it looks like this, at the end of 2024 I bought the game dying light 2 ultimate edition on Epic Games knowing that some time later I would get Dying light The Beast for free, but about 1 hour ago when I was ready to download the game it simply wasn't in my Epic library, it only showed that it wasn't in my library and the only thing I could do was buy the game, which surprised me a lot because I should have gotten it for free, so what happened?
