Something is seriously wrong with PlayStation store

When I go to download dying light the beast it says I own the deluxe edition but yet when I go to the game that I downloaded and go down below to where the add-on and stuff are it says I have to buy the deluxe edition and when I go to download the hero of harran it's giving me a something's wrong message. The message I get when I go to the deluxe edition you can't buy this product for the following you already own the following products which conflict with the product you're trying to buy dying light to ultimate digital pack I ain't like to the ultimate digital pack but it will not let me download deluxe edition even though I own it

Nope I'm still waiting for them to either say something in this or fix it but I own the deluxe edition so I don't even know why it's not letting me download it though the add-on finally let me download it
