Hey so I set up a techland account and I've gone to link my Xbox account but this message has appeared saying "It looks like you've already connected a platform before. We need to un-link it from any of your previous accounts to make it work for you again. Please contact our support and provide them with your gamertag and any e-mail addresses you might have used for TechlandGG, Dying Light Dockets, or the Dying Light Companion App in the past. #ERR1001301" and I'm not sure what to do. I haven't linked my Xbox account to any other account and when I do end up trying to click the button to link my Xbox account that just shows up and there's nothing that's asking me to type in the account username or smthn like that. Does anyone knows how to fix it or what's happening I've tried submitting a ticket in support of the techland website but It haven't helped me

Btw if I don't reply after a day my acc was prob banned. I got banned 3 weeks ago but I needed help with this so I made another account
Had the same problem yesterday, it seems that Techland might be reworking the website for the beast
In my case the problem fixed itself after a couple hours
