I can pre download my pre order bonuses

I bought the deluxe edition of dying light the beast and I can't pre download the pre order bonuses it keeps giving me a error code its for ps5 CE-107880-4 and yes I've tried to fix it didn't help

Im on ps5 and had the same issue ,pre download for the game went fine but when i went into manage game content and tried to install the pre order bonus(hero of harran bundle) it just said something went wrong, hopefully once the game fully releases on the 18th itll just automatically install
