Ive lost all of my skin bundles that ive bought, like the count skull, scarecrow, the cursed pirate, the retro wave redux, volkatronix, nimble ninja, fire devil, post apo, the hakon, and gunslinger. Along with the crossover bundles, like the walking dead ones and the for honor knight bundle. I would either like a refund or my skins back. I hope it's just a minor bug and y'all plan to fix this very soon.

A few people have had this issue, there is a post on the Dying light 2 Reddit and they have put in tickets to techland regarding this.

The ones I have that have mentioned this have had not just skins but also weapons and such completely disappear from their inventories and even account log on the outpost
