Once I completed the water tower mission, story quests no longer show up in the journal. Is there a fix perhaps?

I looked up a walk through and went to the tango hotel where you find the incriminating evidence, followed by visiting Sophie at the bazaar.
This then finally caused the story quest, Revolution to appear in the journal.
Hope this workaround helps someone else who stumbles on this issue 😉
