Dying light 2 btw

im playing on hard, and nightmare difficulty doesnt change the problem, still one-shot almost every enemy, started a new game and the problem wasnt present, i would use a save editor to fix the problem but i dont even know what to look for. this started shortly after loggin on the pilgrim website for bounties

There's an event on right now, it makes your punches and kicks more powerful, you can turn it off in the in game menu, community events. You will have to restart

Shit man, already rolledback the save hoping to solve it, lost 10 hours of gameplay
