Hi all - I don't seem to be getting any option to "continue with event" for this Alteration Event as I would receive previously. I tried repairing the game files on Steam, no luck. Community event participation is set to "ON". Techland online servers: Connected. Anyone else running into this issue? If I click "Continue the campaign" the game will load without asking me if I want to use the event or not. Basically I can't take advantage of the double XP, it seems 🙁

try loading in from the load game menu option it might ask there
but otherwise it should work
if not it's just a staple of how tl does not give 2 shits of fuck cleaning up after themselves

I did try to load from the campaign menu - also created a new save just to see if the event pop-up appears - and nothing. I thought someone else might have ran into the same situation and found a fix.

you can pet steam to offline mode
check how many exp you get from something
like jump + c
that should be 5 exp on normal
put steam back to online mode and check if it's 10

I did check with the "Community event paticipation" set to on and OFF, there was no difference. Also beating GRE Anomalies on Nightmare grants 5K Legend XP, with double I think it should have been 10K. But I'll try with offline mode to see if anything changes, thanks.

It seems to just have the Alteration on automatically instead of me choosing.
