Saint Paul Electrical Station bug

After connecting 3/3 stations it still say secure the area, tried reloading the game still everything is connected and I cant continue with the elevator

If there is another elevator door on another floor, try going there

Depends on what exactly the bug is

So basically the current objective was "clear the area", I had to go outside and kill the renegades at the front for in order to progress.
