Windmills, airdrops, and gre activities all appearing green when they’re not completed

pretty much the title,for example,every time i discover a new windmill they turn green like if was alrealdy completed....very annoying
anyone have this problem or know how to fix?

You can't. This has been a bug for a VERY long time but Techland is too busy working on The Beast.
