Outpost reward history says I redeemed codes for the Crane astral bat, skin, etc back on 02/10/23, but I can't find the skin nor items anywhere in either game. Both DL1 & DL2 have been linked to my account and then re-linked as per instructions, but still not anywhere to be found. The redeem button is greyed out on my page too, please help.
