#Transfer PS4 Trophies to PS5

Been playing on the a physical PS4 copy of DL2 since launch. Decided to install the free PS5 upgrade today and ATOR the PS5 version still installing. Once installed how do I transfer my PS4 trophies to the PS5 version? Really don't want to plat the game all over again 😂 any help would be welcomed. Thanks.

That will suck, hoping if I synch DL2 trophies to the cloud or PSN, hopefully be able to download them when downloading my PS4 save file to the PS5 version.
