i’ve just redownloaded dying light 2 and i had some really good stuff but all my progress seems to be gone. can anyone help?

i wouldnt go that far its just i wanted to play something while waiting for the beast

just preordered it and i remembered dl2

but if i need to email them to sort this issue its fine i can wait

If you have a ps5, make sure you download that version of the game. I've had that problem but only because I accidentally downloaded the ps4 version.
