Dark screen in tower raid

So i recently started playing tower raid but a bug i noticed is that after the game resets and stuff and I go for another run the screen just goes dark and I can't do anything can't go to menu either and I understand that others have experienced this bug before so if there's anything I can do to stop this i would like to know
