Hey there.

I searched the forum a bit but I couldn't find an answer to my problem:

I bought the base game and the Ultimate Upgrade on Day1 (screenshot 1), but I still don't have The Beast in my library (screenshot 2).
Friends of mine already have the game in their library.

Will it show up eventually, or should I contact an official support?

As of now, if you have the ultimate edition/upgrade as is just a matter of time until it appears on your library, if not try to contact support if it gets too close to release date & you still don't have the game unlocked
