Game crashing very often while playing

I have been playing Dying Light 2 for a while now and have never had any issues with the game until a few months ago maybe around 2-3 months now after I beat the main game and was finishing the DLC where the game would randomly crash whenever I play the game even when I changed my graphic setting and verified game files on steam. I have sent emails to try to fix the issue and thats what I was told to do (Turning off ray-tracing setting).
