#Game keeps crashing randomly – tried everything

Hey everyone,
I really need help. Dying Light 2 keeps crashing on me randomly – the game runs perfectly smooth, and then suddenly freezes for 1–2 seconds and just closes to desktop. No error, no crash report, nothing.

Here’s everything I’ve already tried – without success:

What I’ve done so far:

Tried both DirectX 11 and DirectX 12 (with and without Raytracing)

Set graphics to medium/low, turned off Raytracing, DLSS, V-Sync, motion blur, chromatic aberration, SSAO, etc.

Played with and without fullscreen / borderless / capped FPS

Used only the launch options: -dx11, -dx12, -borderless

Ran the game completely clean (no mods, no overlays, no background tools)

Reinstalled GPU drivers (clean install via DDU)

Tried older NVIDIA drivers (v537.x and v546.x)

Deleted config files in Documents\Dying Light 2\out\Settings

Verified the game files via Epic Games

Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the game via Epic

Monitored VRAM usage (RTX 4070, 12 GB – never goes above ~9–10 GB)

Crashes happen even without Ultra Textures or RT

Other games run 100% stable (no crashes at all)

Game version: Latest (Epic Games)

I’m honestly out of ideas. I just want to play the game without it crashing randomly.
Has anyone else had similar issues recently – or fixed this somehow?

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Alr how I've fixed mine:verified integrity, searched up on yt, he had in username "4" at the middle, i think wild4 it was, and removed the mods, since this new update doesn't support a dang visual mod that hides a few pixels.
