So I have a question about my game performance

I have a 4060 8GB, Ryzen7 7700X, 32GB DDR5 RAM, with an NVMe.2 TB SSD, should my game on high graphics be lagging with massive FPS spikes, like I barely get 60 fps even with DLSS and frame gen on 1440p Like for reall?????

Because the fps spikes make the game unplayable for me, I download it to see how it goes and then I delete it again because I cant handle the spikes

I have 0 issues with quite literally any other game but dl2 just starts taking a shit and breaks every single time I open it no matter how low or high the settings ar

Enable dlss

Uninstall Reshade

Watch an optimization video

And Only now does the game look half decent at a decent fps
