I have a problem that I can't get to the 2nd floor ( the door just won't open ) in the location “GRE Experimental Research”. I take the 1st inhibitor, go down the elevator shaft below and that's it. I've watched a bunch of walkthrough videos, all of them are fine. But my door just refuses to open. Is it okay that I have a side mission there? The location is in the southern part of “The Wharf” neighborhood.
