Help with Empowerment Grip Mod Upgrade

So, I'm halfway through the game, and went to farm some volatiles to upgrade my most used mods, but, I can't seem to upgrade the last bit of this grip mod, as if I was stuck on lvl 9 (10 max).

There are two pictures, one from the upgrade screen and the other from the selection screen.

I'm playing on PS5 for the second time, my first playthrough was on launch and on XBOX Series S and I did not had this issue back then.

Appreciate any help.
