Will the missable Quests/Items and lock-outs be changed in the future?

I came across a post, that listed quite a few missable Quests and Achievements, Items etc.
Will this be changed in a future patch, so people can complete everything in 1 game?

u have NG+ for missed quests

how does ng+ work here? do i get to keep my upgrades and if yes, do you gain more incubators to improve hp/stam? i read, that there is an achievement for hp max and stam max, but you can't max out both

yes u keep everything only map / quests reset, and its 30 new inhibitors in ng+ to max both health / stamina
