I've finished the deathbringer bounty of the hellraid 3 times and didn't got the shotgun
I've got a empty space in the inventory , i'm maxed rank & i've tried it 3 times
How to fix that?

If there's many support tickets they usually take a while or they are on holidays or whatever, but they will eventually get back to you
