I'm near the end of the Tolga Fatin mission where I'm alligning anomalies and I legit cannot find a way to climb this tower, I've tried searching on YouTube, but all of them either use the hacked broom (which I won't use) or a grappling hook (which I don't have.)

Does anyone know how tf to climb this tower? feels_monke
