So I have the weapon grip mod empowerment maxed out but now it's showing I have one upgrade left before it's maxed out did it degrade itself?

They have changed several "item levels" of Mod blueprints.
And removed that level from the TR items. Now they don't show up in the main game anymore. Good!
Empowerment and Reinforcement now have also an item level of 9, 9. Before it was 8, 8.
Problem: the collectible for the LVL 9 Mod is missing, that's why you have an Empowerment Mod with LVL 9, but only 8 LVLs are filled.

Sounds complicated, but blame TL, not me.
