Soft Lock on Tower Raid

Anyone else having this issue or know any solutions?
I think floor 4 where is more medical theme, you reach the second level to press a button to unlock the doors but there is no prompt to press it, just the marker saying "Unlock the door" which we can not press.

yup, i had it like 3 times, 3 runs ruined :/

i think its because of "bomber" in that room, i always go with him to previous room and then make him explode, then button always works
