I finished the story abt 40h in game time then i started to find inhibitors and on hour 60 of playtime i got every inhibitor except one and now i have abt 500+ hours in game and still i am stuck at level 15 of health but stamina is max i need that one so i can finaly have max healt and stamina but i can't find it i searched the whole map of Veilledor on foot and still nothing i will search the city map also but i have to find time(i have all antenas ON but they are not showing any unfound inhibitors so i guess the only way is to use the inhibitor tracker thru the whole city)

there is one sidequest which has one inhibitor as a reward
