My friend just moved from PS4 to PC for DL2. Both are accounts are linked to the Pilgrims Outpost & he has over $200 worth of purchases in the DL for DL2. When he got on the other night to play for the first time, he noticed all his purchases & DL points missing.
When he contacted support, twice, they told him they could no longer transfer between platforms & that he would have to repurchase over $200 worth of items again for PC. Needless to say, but he's not doing that & is now requesting refunds for both games through Steam.
When did this become a new policy?
