Reload glitch - can't reload my guns

Automatic reload (when gun is empty) doesn't work, neither pressing the assigned button. The animation just instantly cancells. When the gun is empty it starts the animation and immidiately cancells on a loop. The glitch is on multiple saves and reinstalling didn't help.
