Hi I‘ve looked through reddit and wiki for a while so i guessed I ask here for help.
Wanted to try the spark mods but I didnt have them for whatever reason so I looked it up.
Need to complete the quest „the spark of invention“.
Carlos the NPC who gives that Quest is nowhere to find in the Bazaar ( I‘ve completed the story).
