No lockpick blueprint in my inventory

Hi, I've searched on google everywhere on how to get the blueprints back or to find/buy lockpicks if i can(?) but there was absolutely no posts relating to this issue. I can't find it in my inventory, or in my crafting. I am relatively new to the game so I would appreciate any kind of help, thank you!
