Just tried the new update. Police cars still have loot sink into an unreachable spot so you can't grab it. And the police vans are still busted, can't open them without jumping and spamming R to force the lock open, but 99% of the time the loot isn't obtainable anyways. So guess "Police cars are now lootable" isn't quite correct in the notes?
