I used SAM to remove some Steam achievements so I can experience getting them again, but now none of my achievements are tracking. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

If you use an unofficial tool, you have yourself to blame. So don't come here and cry later.
Why not contact steam support and tell them you used it. Maybe they'll ban you.

And here in the official Dying Light discord it is not allowed to talk about exploits
Only steam support can help you. unless you get banned when you ask them.

so basically
the achievements are stored in game, in some files, saves etc etc
so basically you have to do a clean reinstall of the whole game and with 0 saves
and by clean reinstall I mean
delete everything manually and do a steam file verification

Ahh gotcha! I’ll remove all temp data too and turn off cloud saves

that way you will be able to unlock achievements
