PlayStation 4, Dying light 2 Image sync issue cutting horizontally.

Hello, I'm from Brazil. I have a PlayStation 4 base version, I recently bought the game Dying Light 2, I noticed that the image can't follow the game, so it keeps cutting horizontally,

I play on PS5, earlier today I had swapped my graphics preference from performance to balanced then I noticed the screen tear issue like you have. Maybe make sure its on performance instead.

On the base PS4, there is only an HDR option, and some movement and lighting adjustments, I'm worried, because I'm looking forward to playing dying light the beast

I thought it was my TV, I put it on a 4K TV, and it was the same thing, the screen was tearing. Horizontally

screen tear shouldn't be an issue on a console, but your best bet is maybe cleaning your console out or reinstalling the game(tho I really doubt that would do anything)

I formatted the console, PlayStation 4 is normal, I tested it Red Dead Redemption 2, Battlefield™ V, The Last of Us™ Part II, Finally Dead Island 2, everything ran smoothly without any problems. Just stay out of sync in Dying Light 2
