Sunken Airdrops

I’m at level 9 and I’ve been grinding Sunken Airdrops to get equipment that’s my level. This is my 3rd time looting them but despite waiting hours since last looting them and sleeping to try and get it to respawn the loot still isn’t there, can anyone tell me how to fix this?
