#DL2 on PS5 - broken quest, unobtainable memento, broken audio.

The Quest Crystal White is broken thus not allowing you to get one of the mementos (Newspaper Article - March 21st, 2023) which prohibits you from obtaining the platinum.

Also, the audio issue has destroyed any immersion. After 20-30m the audio cuts out and you have to restart the game.

For the collectible just go to the roof of the building and there’ll be a green building on top run and hold R2 to bash the door and it will open
