PS5 Black Screen Issues

Only recently when I load up my save, my screen is black but I can hear my flashlight turning on and off as well as time. Apart from that, can't do much else. Have to close the app to go back to the menu. I can join people's game with my character and it's fine but once in back in my save, it goes black. Techland support reckon its corrupt and I gotta start fresh but I have 200 hours on my save so I don't really want to scrap it.

try doing a rollback

you will lose some of your progress but idk if you can do much else

Had a crack at once roll back didn't work. Should I just do another

Started a ng+ and it fixed it
