Halloween 2024 Tower Event Rewards Not Redeemable on Multiple Saves

Why are the rewards given to that specific character and are not redeemable in your stash? Since they're not redeemable, I can only have the outfit, the weapons, everyone on one single save. Why was it changed to this, or am I missing something?

I know right, i got scammed thanks to tower raid being buggy and it took all the weapons i got from beating it and yeeted it into oblivion. They fixed the blueprints so i was able to get all the melee weapons but not the crossbow.
