I completed the game in nightmare, but didn't get the skin

did you change the difficulty at some point? or joined someone else that had their difficulty set on hard or lower?
those may cause some issues with the waltz completition skin

Nope, never changed the difficulty or joined someone else

It is true I ALMOST did it during the Hope Plaza Tower Raid event cuz it was very hard in Nightmare, but I ended up not doing it just in case because of the Waltz skin

But... yeah

I changed it to hard, then pressed circle to leave, gave me the text that talks about the hard difficulty, then decided not to, so I pressed circle to cancel it

Is it possible that it may have something to do with the fact that I skipped all cutscenes and dialogues at the end (all that could be skipped)?

Did you start the game in nightmare mode

Or did you just boot up and change it to nightmare mode

the only thing I can advise is that you play it out again in nightmare

and report it cause it might be a bug

if you don't get it for the second time it's definitely a bug

I'm sorry I already completed the game in nightmare difficulty and just tried to claim what is rightfully mine. Fyi I completed it fully with the game's regular weapons obtained from activities and stuff that time. Who called you into the convo anyway? This is support, go baby around somewhere else
