#Non-lethal head stomp

Hello everyone
I encountered a very unpleasant easily recreated bug during "blood ties" DLC missions. Human enemies get back into the fight after having their head stomped, sometimes even twice or trice. Their heads do not change into a "destroyed" visual state after non-lethal stomp, even though the blood splatter is present as normal.
Heads stomped outside of DLC missions result in enemy dying as intended.

I tried googling it, but to no avail.
The game is unmodded.
I also tried adding/retracting skill points in "kick damage" legend skill, no dice

And yeah, the blood splatter suggests a serious damage to the head anyway. I think it would be wiser to make a separate stomp animation for the DLC
If you guys have time and will to try and recreate it, I would appreciate. I want to know if that's just me, because I haven't found a single complaint about it online
