GRE Anomalies

So I started doing the anomalies and at one point I died as I killed one of them, after that I went back to not get inhibitors and now the other anomalies are not there, same for inhibitors am I gonna need a fresh run for this I only came back to this game today after a year or 2 not touching it so I'm out of the loop

maybe, a big maybe, try verifying your files

or do a rollback

or try joining a co-op game, preferably with a friend and see if gre anomalies are bugged there
