Hello everyone i got a problem i bought the game as utlimate version but after an update my game became dying light 2 reloaded edition which has only 1 of the story dlc. I sent ticket so many times to website but they always ignored me. Any idea how can i solve this problem? I heard that second DLC is coming so i want to play it like normally. But because of their mistake i got reloaded edition which means no second dlc in my game. Anyone know how can i solve this?

reloaded edition is the base game, and there is only one DLC to the game, bloody ties. the second dlc is not out yet and likely will not be for a while. when you buy ultimate edition/ultimate upgrade, you get some skins, artwork, and some extra in game items
buying ultimate edition is just buying the base game in the same package as the ultimate upgrade, you're only getting in game content so the title wont change. you can buy the standard version (reloaded edition) separately from buying ultimate upgrade it'd be the same thing

standard is under the title reloaded, you still have all the content from ultimate in game. the title of the game will not change
buying "ultimate edition" is just steam putting reloaded edition and ultimate upgrade in the same package you're not buying a different edition of the game ultimate just gives you some skins and a few items
