I’m aware that you have to earn the Waltz skin through nightmare on either a normal or new game plus and it’s only save specific but will there ever be a chance to change that so that I can add the skin to my collection on my main account? I really do not want to restart my progress

it's not save only, once you get it, it'll be on all your saves
