last patch/update was supposed to fix the issue with missing Fire Bolts Blueprint (Hakon Bundle) but the blueprint disappeared again.

I don't see the Hakon Bundle DLC.
So, this is not a bug, it's a feature.
IIRC the Outfit + x-Bow was obtainable for free during some event, after that you could buy the bundle.
And the problem was/is: TL labled the Firebolt blueprint with an DLC/Store ID. As a result, if you didn't bought the bundle, your Firebolt Blueprint will disappear.
Lemme check real quick what's the current state of that blueprint.

all DLCs were removed from steam DLC list and only way to C what was purchased now is from the store section in main game menu, besides I got Hakon Bundle when purchased the Deluxe edition of DL2, last winter
