Missed collectibles / Archivist achievement

there are some notes i missed in the prologue and in a quest annd im wondering if i can still get the Archivist achievement

Try to pick them on another save. Not every collectable but this you are missing from prologue. I don't know if it works but you can try

The newspaper article can be found in old villedor

[lucid meteor]

I think every collectible can be found in the game

it does not matter if you did not pick it up during the prologue
